At Empatia Counselling, most sessions are offered online , so you can access support from the comfort of your own home—yes, even in your pyjamas (no judgement here!). All you need is a computer, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Sessions are held via Zoom, a secure and easy-to-use platform, allowing us to connect wherever you are in Australia, at a time that suits your schedule.

Sessions are 50 - 60 minutes long and available for adults aged 18 and over. Most clients choose to meet weekly or fortnightly, but we’ll discuss your needs together and find a rhythm that works best for you.
Online Counselling
A safe and confidential space to explore what’s on your mind in the comfort of your own home. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need someone to talk to, online sessions are simple and quick to book.

As we travel around the country we provide online counselling at times that suit you - so contact us to book in. Zoom is preferred but we can also provide telephone counselling.

Online hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy helps deliver real change in a short period of time, from 3 sessions. It helps you focus on the change you want, and make it - whether that's losing weight, changing habits like smoking, losing fears and empowering other changes in your life.

As we travel around the country we provide online hypnotherapy at times that suit you - so contact us to book in. Zoom is the only option for online hypnotherapy.

Please note that these services are not rebated by Medicare. No need for mental health care plan or referral.

All fees are due at the time of booking. We accept PayPal, bank transfers and online payments only.
Cancellations
Canceling or rebooking a session more than 48 hours in advance is free, and you will not be charged. The full fee will be refunded to you. Canceling or rebooking a session within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% fee. The remaining fee will be refunded to you. Canceling or rebooking a session within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee.
No information will be recorded on your permanent health record.
