Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need someone to talk to, online sessions provide the same compassionate, support as in-person counselling—without the need to travel. All you need is a quiet space and a secure internet connection. Ideal for busy schedules, rural clients, parents at home, or anyone who feels more at ease in familiar surroundings.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your session. Please note that cancelling or rescheduling 48 hours or more in advance is free. Within 24-48 hours you will be charged 50% of the session fee, and within 24 hours 100% of the session fee.
