I'm a globally experienced UX research and design specialist, focusing in Service Design and UX Research. I’ve worked with Government departments and businesses across Australia, the UK, the USA and Asia. I research, design and enhance services, experiences and processes. I've worked in this space since 1997.

I've run UX companies and delivered Service Design in both the UK and Australia. I have decades of experience in technology and design spaces, connecting people with services and the technology that provides them.

 

Most of all I focus on great research, and am most passionate when that improves lives. I've focused very much on this over the past ten years, helping to improve the lives of Australians through research into improved health, mental health and disability services, delivered through vastly improved digital experiences and service channels.
