Hi, I'm Andrea. Counsellor, professional organiser, and the founder of
Empatia Home_edit. I help women create spaces in their homes that feel calm, functional, and nurturing. Not Pinterest-perfect, but purposeful, peaceful and perfect for you.
Life is busy and often overwhelming. Between work, family, and constant demands, our homes can start to reflect that chaos. I believe your home should be your sanctuary — a place that restores you, not adds to the noise. Through gentle guidance and practical support, I help you declutter and organise in a way that makes sense for you.
I’m not here to create minimalist homes or make you throw away the things you love. My work is grounded in compassion and understanding, recognising the deep emotional connection we often have with our belongings. Together, we explore what truly supports your life today, creating space for what matters most and letting go of what no longer serves you.
It’s also about learning to buy more intentionally - reducing the overwhelm, the guilt, and the waste that comes from over-accumulating. I’ll help you build systems that are easy to maintain, so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more confident in your home and yourself.
With my background in counselling, I bring a non-judgemental lens to all my organising work. Whether you're navigating a life transition, starting over, moving house, grieving a loss, or simply feeling overwhelmed - Together, we work not just on the physical space, but also on the emotional journey that comes with it. I empower you to make thoughtful decisions and build lasting habits to maintain your space long after I leave.

Standard Rate

$70 per hour
-
Minimum session: 3 hours (3-hour session = $210)

Additional hours charged at $60/hour (billed in 1hr blocks)
Travel & Location

Travel within the Wollongong region is included

Outside areas may incur a travel fee of $30–$50, depending on distance.

Optional Add-Ons

Additional donation Drop-Off: $20 per trip
